Our Conductors

Sarah Good Mosley is a graduate of the University of Illinois and DePaul University. She taught band and general music in the Argo Summit public schools and now works in information technology.   Sarah is an active volunteer in the League of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association.  She serves on the board of directors for the Chicago Metamorphosis Orchestra Project (ChiMOP), an El Sistema inspired program providing free daily music instruction to students in Chicago Public Schools. A former member of the Wilmette Community Band, Sarah studies percussion with John Corkill. 

 

Mark Mosley is a graduate of the University of Illinois. He studied conducting with Dr. Harry Begian, John Paynter, Paul Vermel and Thomas Trimborn. Formerly director of bands at Rich East High School in Park Forest, Mark now works in information technology. Mark plays oboe and saxophone, conducts the St. Pauls Church Intergenerational Orchestra, and is president of the board for the Chicago Metamorphosis Orchestra Project (ChiMOP). Mark is the former president of the Northshore Concert Band and the former conductor of the Wilmette Community Band.
